5. Payment Terms All fees and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between the Company and the client. Late payments may incur additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability Claritas Medical Billing is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We make no guarantees regarding reimbursement amounts, payment timeframes, or claim approvals.
7. Termination of Services We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion for non-payment, violation of these terms, or other reasons deemed necessary.
8. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
9. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks not resulting from the affected party’s failure to implement reasonable security measures, labor strikes, or government actions.
10. Governing Law Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
